The relative expression value was calculated by the expression ratio between GmPAP21 and soybean housekeeping gene EF-1a. Data in the figure are the mean of biological replicates from three independent hairy root transformation experiments with standard error. Asterisks indicate significant differences between LP and HP treatments (LSD test, P < 0.05).
