If not, correct on colored form • Review if Proficiency Requirements were met • Review Course Requirements • See Credits Completed in 12th Grade section LESS THAN 170 credits = “OFF TRACK” for graduation!!! Credit Deficient box is checked if “off track”

  23. Students Below 170 Credits • If you are below 170, you must make an appt to meet with your son/daughter & their counselor ASAP • Again, white copy is for your records and COLORED one will be turned in tonight.
