How do we value ourselves in faith? After exploring 2 Corinthians 3:1-6 and the transformative power of the Gospel, we reflect on our personal lives as living testimonies. We should strive to embody love, compassion, and biblical teachings despite obstacles. Our faith should be evident in our actions, words, and community involvement. In a world where some may not recognize the quality of our faith, let us make impactful changes and live right, sharing the joy and assurance our faith brings.

RECOMMENDING OUR RELIGION 2 Cor. 3:1-6
You Are Our Epistles • How little we value ourselves in the faith. • After reading I Corinthians – how do you view their faith? • If you saw them change (repent) would it impress you? • After reading 2 Cor. (esp. chapters 8-9) – how do you view their faith? • Some will not be impresses with the quality of our lives or the changes we make. • Make changes and live “right” anyway. • We recommend our religion by:
Loving and Living the Scriptures • Rom. 10:1-2 • Power of the gospel to change and impress others – Acts 17:10-12. • Look at the changes – Acts 2:37, 42. • I Thess 5:21 • Trust Jesus – Matt. 28:18-20
Our Manner of Life • What do we show in our life? • Strife – home, work, church? • Compassion? • Titus 2:11-12; Matt. 5:16; 23:2 • James 1:26-27 • This includes our words, perhaps the most noticeable element.
Giving Our Faith Our Support • Can the church depend on me? • To attend – Heb. 10:24-25. • And participate? Sing, pray, teach, learn. • How about “MY” money? 2 Cor. 9:7 • I Cor. 15:58
What It Produces In Me • “love”, “Joy”, “assurance” • Phil. 4:4-7, 11 • Acts 8:39 • Do I have any excitement about: the church, and my church?
By “Giving Answer” • Do I speak up, or am I mute? • 1 Peter 3:15 • Col. 4:6 – does anyone come to me if they have a Bible question. Or if they need moral advice? • Do I Recommend My Faith?
