Criterion D Evaluating
What now? • It’s now time to move to the last stage of your project. You now need to evaluate your web site. • In order to do this you need to measure the success of your web site, particularly with your client and target market. You will need to find a way to get this feedback. • You also need to reflect back on your design specifications and evaluate whether your web site was successful. • After your testing, you need to reflect back on this whole process. What did you do well? What could have been improved?
In order to achieve a 7-8 you must: • Design detailed and relevant testing methods, which generate accurate data, to measure the success of the solution. • Critically evaluate the success of the solution against the requirements of the design specification based on authentic product testing. • Explain how the solution could be improved. • Explain the impact of the solution on the client/target market This final piece of work needs to be submitted by Sunday 12th January (first submission by the end of Thursday’s lesson)
Today, tomorrow and Thursday Today • Ensure web site and plan have been properly uploaded to your Google Drive • Complete 10 questions that you will ask your client and/or target market • Personal reflections- what did you do well? what could have been improved? Tomorrow • 90 second show and tell- feedback will also help • Personal reflections Thursday • Collate survey results- show graphs where possible • Reflect on Criterion C grades • Personal reflection • Google Drive submission
