  1. Oldtimers Divisions Incorporation of new Age Eligible MR Team Inclusion Issue (2015 season onwards)

Current OT4 Division Alignment • 16 team Division • Promotion (2 teams from OT4 to OT3) • Relegation (2 teams from OT3 to OT4) • Relegation (2 teams from OT4 to OT5) • Promotion (2 teams from OT5 to OT4) • If a team (or teams) in promotion position to OT4 request to stay in OT5 then the next placed OT5 team or teams are offered the OT4 slot • No involvement with new age elibgible MR team request. • Traditionally all new teams are inserted at the bottom of the pyramid or the highest available vacant spot.

Proposed OT4 Division Alignment • 16 team Division • Promotion (1 team from OT5 – Division winner- to OT4) • Optional Inclusion (1 team – New MR team- into OT4) • Relegation (2 teams from OT3 – bottom two – to OT4) • Promotion (2 teams from OT4 – top two – to OT3) • Relegation ( 2 teams from OT4 to OT5) • If the team promoted to OT4 request to stay in OT5 then next placed OT5 team is offered the OT4 slot (and so on down the OT5 list) • Written notification of intent (including team information) must be given to the OCSL LMB no later than October 31st of the year in which Division play occurred. • If the there is no new age eligible MR team request, the second placed team in OT5 will be promoted.

Proposed OT4 Division Alignment • 16 team Division • Promotion (2 teams from OT4 to OT3) • Relegation (2 teams from OT3 to OT4) • Inclusion (1 New MR Team) • Relegation (2 teams from OT4 to OT5) • Promotion (1 team (winner) from OT5 to OT4) • If a team (or teams) in promotion position to OT4 request to stay in OT5 then the next placed OT5 team or teams are offered the OT4 slot • Inclusion of one new age eligible MR team request. • There will be a domino effect regarding relegation from OT4 to OT5 and so on down the Divisions (LMB decision will be final) • Teams can opt to be inserted at the bottom of the oldtimers’ pyramid.
