Technical support Between October 2010 and February 2013 FHC delivered: • 145 site visits and accompanying reports • assistance with mass balance and action plan • identify water saving opportunities • site follow-ups and group review • 21.5 days of additional technical support days raising staff awareness (meetings, training), ad hoc advice, data analysis etc.

  5. Other engagement • peer working group meetings • seasonal newsletter including information on: • signatory progress • technical updates • signposting events, guidance. • FHC conference • stakeholders including trade associations, partners and retailers • third party events (e.g. webinars)

  6. Peer working group meetings • Objectives: • FHC housekeeping • technical advice • opportunities to reduce water use • share best practice between signatories • case studies • networking • group discussion and feedback
