  1. child labour

  2. 1.What is the child's right that belongs to 'education' and 'protection against child labour'? Every child has the right to learn in his native language or in another language in general schools ,to continue his studies in technical and professional schools, high schools, colleges, higher education institutions, in accordance with law. Orphan children and children without parental care have the right to free education and maintenance in all educational institutions.

  3. Children with physical and mental disabilities learn in special schools. The child has the right to work independently in accordance with the possibilities of the age , health and training. Children are allowed to work at the age of 14. They have to learn and work at the same time. State bodies create job reservations for children, special services for their employment. The State protects the child from economic exploitation and the execution of any work that presents a danger to his health or is an obstacle in training , or prejudice the child physically , intellectually , spiritually and socially .If somebody tries to force a child to work , he/she will have serious problems with the law.

  4. 2. Every child has the right to education. What do you think, do all the children go to school in your country? I saw many children who don’t go to school because of their beliefs, the money, their family or social problems . I absolutely disagree with this thing. All children must go to school , at least to finish ten grades. Gypsies are a special case in my country . Most of them begin their life too early: they get married at the age of 13-14 , have children at the age of 16-17 and start work to maintain their families. These are their customs . Fortunately, this thing began to change. There are many children that don’t go to school because their parents can’t afford to buy books, notebooks, uniform and other stuff like these. Another tragic example is when the parent didn’t go to school and in his opinion , the child doesn’t have to go also. I found all the information on the news.

  5. 3.How important is it that every child can go to school? What does your future look like as a result? ... And for a child that doesn't go to school? Those children who go to school will form their knowledge , will get better jobs and this way the country’s economy will definitely improve. Of course, people will have homes and won’t starve .But , those who don’t go to school the future looks terrifying: there will be days in which they will eat anything , they will sleep in dark wet places or they won’t have clothes to wear in those cold winter days. They will be so poor that when they will die ,the family won’t have money to pay the funeral. I was petrified when I saw this case on television

  6. 4. What would the world be like if kids could choose for themselves the right to go to school or the right to work? I think that children are not capable to choose how their life should look like because they aren’t mentally developed enough to decide this. Consequently, authorities have to decide it. A child can’t take a huge decision like this , so I can’t imagine this kind of world.
