  4. What is the OGBS method? OGBS method (Omni Group Business Solution Method) implies a very accurate analysis of the company’s operating issues in all its sectors, making a diagnosis and implementing solutions defined and suited for the client ( “solutions by the client’s needs” ). Business Life Cycle Management – BLCM and Product/ Service (Life Cycle Management – P/SLC), Helps companies to adequately measure the profitability of their business and invest capital. Our profitability analysis enable entrepreneurs and top management to know how and where to channel their capital which ensures a stable future growth of their Companies. BLCM Product/Service enables the Company optimization of the existing portfolio (defined offer), which in return optimizes investment costs and satisfies all kinds of market demands, and achieves the highest level of commercial business processes. OGBS method involves the following fields of activities: Redefinition and modernization of strategy helps the Company adapt its business strategy to the new market conditions with minimalised risk. Redefinition and strategy modernization are possible in the range of general business or only in some of its parts (sectors and sub sectors which are defined in the diagnosis as the “narrow channel” of the process).

  5. What is the OGBS method? Transformation, reorganization and integration help the Company by maximum rationalization of production and business processes and create a flexible organizational working structure which leads to full-extent use of the existing capacities and a decrease in fixed business costs. This sort of operation can be directed only to certain parts of the Company and does not necessarily imply a general Company reorganization. It is conducted with the purpose of achieving maximum rationalization and both staff and process functioning efficiency. Development and investment plans help the Company form unique development goals and investment programmes by observing the future continuous growth as well as market trends, which ultimately ensures investments through internal and external sources. Establishing a measuring system and monitoring process and development effects help the Company adequately regulate the costs, processes and efficiency of each individual Company member. In addition, this type of operation enables measuring the effects of each individual action undertaken in the company, as well as making predictions about potential activities and future development plans.

  6. What is the OGBS method? Human resource management implies development and employee management within the Company. The right personnel in the right workplace is a basic propellant for Company development.
