Introduction In this document we proposed four advices for X.S0017:  1.Section 15 defines the Mapping of the OSA/Parlay CC API Interfaces/methods, to ANSI IS-41D transactions, in an ANSI wireless network; 2.Section 16 defines the Mapping of the OSA/Parlay UI API Interfaces/methods, to ANSI IS-41D transactions, in an ANSI wireless network; 3.Section 17 defines the Mapping of the OSA/Parlay User Location - User Status API Interfaces/methods, to ANSI IS-41D transactions, in an ANSI wireless network; 4. Section 18 defines the Mapping of the OSA/Parlay Data Session Control API Interfaces/methods, to ANSI IS-41D transactions, in an ANSI wireless network.

  5. Current 3GPP2 OSAMapping Specification and its Limitation • 3GPP had defined mapping from OSA to CAP, MAP , SIP and SMS in TS. 29.998; • 3GPP2 had published X.S0017 specification, but mapping from OSA to IS-41 had not been defined in it.
