  1. Galliford Try Partnerships have now started the construction works at Brook House, formerly the Cannon Rubber site. We are constructing a mixed development including a 23 storey tower block and a new school. We will be constructing 222 (shared ownership and rented) homes including a 2 form entry primary school and 190 sqm of commercial space for the Haringey area. Over the next few months we will be carrying out the piling, groundworks, entrance road and concrete frame construction. As the development progresses we will increase our local resident involvement with school and residents visits or open days.

Galliford Try Partnerships have registered the site with the ‘Considerate Contractors Scheme’ and we will be working with Haringey Council and Newlon Housing Association to ensure there is minimal disruption to all local residents.
