Functional blocks of the GeoTechnopolis • universities, • small and medium intellectual businesses, • large industrial business, • scientific and technological, industrial parks Kharkov (Ukraine) and Belgorod (Russia) regions, • systems of suburban recreation areas in Kharkov region (Ukraine), • customs and logistic centers with access to the international transport corridor "Europe - Western China", • some other special-purpose organizations, • the center of attraction and export promotion agency, • technology transfer centre, • external funds and investors, • channels for access for EU and Russian scientific networks, exchanges & projects.
