This project aims to improve the profitability and operational efficiency of Honda Vietnam Company by implementing an agile Scrum framework. We focus on enhancing customer service quality while reducing the reliance on human resources, thus speeding up processes such as reference profile management, pricing, and reporting. Our project deliverables include source code, product backlog, and comprehensive plans for project execution and testing. Key elements include change management, risk management, and effective info management for motors and warranty periods.
