MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th Decembre 2016 Lublin, Poland Obligationsof the Contractor • Contractor is responsible for proper implementation of the project, what includes: • Coordination of the activities of each partner involved into this project; • Sending each necessary documentation to all partners – especially their contracts with all annexes, as well as any other relevant documents (e.g any amendments to the contracts); • Defining (in conjunction with each partner) roles, rights, and obligations of each partner; • Preparation of proper procedures for partners’ communication, exchange of documents, submission of reports etc.; • Informing each partner about any changes of circumstances, relevant for implementation of the project • Submitting proper reports to NA This project has been funded with the support from the European Commission (project no: 2016-1-PL01-KA201-026365). MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th December 2016 Lublin, Poland Obligations of the Partners Main responsibilities of each Partner: To take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the work programme set out in contract and in its annexes; To comply with all the provisions of partners’ Agreements; To communicate to the Contractor any information or document required by the latter that is necessary for the management of the project; To accept responsibility for all information communicated to the Contractor, including details of costs claimed and, where appropriate, ineligible expenses; To define in conjunction with the Contractor the role and rights and obligations of the two parties. MATE Kick-off meeting 6th -7th December 2016 Lublin, Poland Specific Obligation of each Partner • O1- Report fromstudents' tests • ALL • Recruitment of 72 students, which will participate in the project activities; • Preparation of the methodology for testing together with other partners; • Activeparticipationinpreparation of tools for conducting tests of level of mathematical skills of students; • Organization and conduct of tests of studentsintheir country; • Gathering data from testing; • Analysis of data gathered during testing; • Preparation individual information for students about results of their test (with conclusions and recommendations about their cognitive abilities, motivation and level of mathematical skills. MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th December 2016 Lublin, Poland Specific Obligation of each Partner • O2 – Learning Lab • ALL • Equipping (buying or delivering equipment according to list prepared by WSEI) and constructing Learning Lab (with help from WSEI) • Ongoing contacts with partners. • WSEI • Preparation of list of equipment necessary to construct learning Lab; • Visiting partner universities in order to help in installation of software and construction of Learning Labs; • Training of the researchers and technicians from partners universities about how to work in Learning Lab should be organized, conducted and supervised; • Visits in partner universities in order to supervise work of partners and help in solving arising problems; Ongoing contacts with partners. MATE Kick-off meeting 6th – 7th December 2016 Lublin, Poland Specific Obligation of each Partner • O3 - Software for mobile devices • ALL • Active participation in preparation of the document containing detailed instructions about how work in Learning Lab should be organized; • Organization and conducting learning sessions in Learning Labs; • Gathering data during sessions of each student; • Storing data gathered during each session; • Analysis of gathered data; • Active involvement in preparation of thefirst version of software; • Preparation plan of testing of developed software in cooperation with other partners; • Organization and conduct testing sessions in Learning Lab; • Gathering and analysis of data from testing sessions; • Preparation of document summarizing results of testing; • Participation in preparation of final version of software. WSEI in Lublin, as a project Leader will create a space, whichcan be a virtualprojectoffice and contact place, where partners canuploaddocuments and set uporparticipateindiscussions WSEI will alsoestablishpropercommunicationprocedure, wherealldates of submissionrelevantdocuments, as well as preferredforms of communication will be constituted. Purpose is to check if everything is done without significant delays or difficulties, as well as to identify and solve problems before they became threats to proper implementation of the project. • WSEI will preparetemplates for thereports. • Disseminationreports, • Shortdocumentssummarizingdisseminationactivitiesundertaken by each partner. Themainaimis to provethat partners areinvolvedindisseminationinformationabouttheproject and itsresults. Template will be prepared.
