Device Management* • Unique offering in UK market - Vodafone exclusive • Allows remote interrogation of smart devices by Vodafone customer care agents • Agents can: • see signal strength indicator of device • find out what applications / APNs are installed on device • remotely download APN settings to devices • see available memory on handset (though not on flash cards) • lock and/or wipe devices *Device Management only available through Vodafone’s customer support function, the ISP service model will differ.
