  1. A few example job plans… Steve Kingsbury & Ann York These 3 job plans are summarised plans based on the actual plans for my clinical team.

Comment on Job Plans • First off – these are NOT recommended CAPA job plans!  • They show broadly how a job plan can be put together • They are more CAPACITY plans, using time to work out how much of various activities a clinician can do • So clinicians are not limited or fixed in doing that work in that planned slot. It should be FLEXIBLE
