F2837xD Linearity Revision 0

This document addresses an erratum in the F2837xD Linearity Revision 0 concerning ADC linearity issues. The problems identified in the 16-bit and 12-bit untrimmed differential ADC INL/DNL measurements have been resolved in Revision A of the product. Users affected by anomaly in selected range can find the necessary information regarding these modifications and corrections in this erratum note.
