Scientific Observation Plans for National Projects in the Philippines
This document outlines the initiatives discussed during the 2nd AMY08 Workshop held on September 3-4, 2007, in Bali, Indonesia, led by Dr. Prisco Nilo of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
