Introduction • Close working between Procurement and neonatal team to standardise/rationalise and identify cost & efficiency savings. • Maximised the opportunities across the local product portfolio • Limited benchmarking and unclear of the wider collaborative agenda • Identified top spend categories • Agreed with network lead 11 product groups • Captured spend data from Procurement departments across the network
