  3. Over $7.8 million in surplus military equipment has been transferred to WI police and sheriffs since 2004.

  4. Any local, state, or federal law enforcement agency with arrest and apprehension authority can participate.

  5. Emphasis is given to counter-drug and counter-terrorism missions...but all LE purposes qualify

  6. State Coordinator is OJA By agreement with OJA, 1033 is administered by the Wisconsin Technical College System Foundation (WTCSF)

  7. Enroll through the Wisconsin Technical College System Foundation www.wtcsf.tec.wi.us or call (608) 849-2451

  8. Once approved, you’ll... • Sign a Memorandum of Agreement with OJA; • Receive your 1033 ID number; and • Start Shopping
