APRIL REFERRAL PROMOTION APRIL REFERRAL PROMOTION • Refer a friend who enrolls on a single site and receive $100 referral credit. • Refer a friend who enrolls on a multi-site up to Club West Fitness level and receive a $200 referral credit. • Refer a friend who joins on CWP and receive triple referral credit – $300. • Refer a friend who joins on a Home Club Ross Valley CWP and receive $500 referral credit. • (All referral credits are subtracted from the membership I-fee upon joining and deducted from MD I-fee buckets.)

APRIL UPGRADE DETAILS CWP UPGRADE a. If a member is holding a membership less than one year member must pay the full I-fee to upgrade b. If a member is holding a membership over 1 year upgrade to CWP and pay difference in rack rate of what they currently hold and either the individual, couple or family CWP membership rack rate c. If a member is holding a CWP membership less than a year and wants to upgrade to the Couple or Family CWP than pay the difference in the I-fee of what they paid and CWP category they are upgrading into. EX: CWP Ind. Paid $2400. Upgrade to CWP Couple $3000 –they pay difference of $600 and difference in dues! d. APRIL PROMOTIONS DIRECT MAIL COMMUNICATION- APRIL 4 PURL DROP Tomorrow drops our April Direct Mail piece going to approximately 85,000 homes. Marin and San Diego will have a 7 mile radius from the club, South Bay Clubs will have a 5 mile radius, and the San Francisco Clubs will have a 2 miles radius. This radius should optimize performance for all regions. Also with this drop we have cut out any poorly performing mosaic profiles, which should create more qualified responses. Marketing will review what the piece looks like. All regions have a "3-day pass offer" plus receive up to $500 off the enrollment fee on all Executive and Club West level of memberships. Tour offer: Come in take a tour receive a 3 day pass.Offer ends April 27th. ALUMNI PRICING April – Alumni – No Alumni pricing is in effect during our sports resort season
