Scratch Sheet • MUST FILL OUT A SCRATCH SHEET AT THE BEGINNING OF EVERY CALL!!!!!! • Must answer the pre-screen questions based on each state to determine proper eligibility • Activity ID vs. Call Activity • Complete the Activity ID for a motorcycle quote • Call Activity does not need to be filled out.

  3. Activity ID • Located in the top-right corner of the Follow-up

  4. Pasting Activity ID • Located near the bottom of the Scratch-sheet

  5. Motorcycle Work Flows • Raw New, Stand Alone • Added motorcycle to existing Auto/Motorcycle HH • Raw New auto and motorcycle quote

  6. Raw New, Stand Alone motorcycle • Create Customer, Scratch-sheet, Answer pre-eligibility questions • Begin the quote using “Product selection” instead of “Auto Rate quote” • *Important- Don’t select autos in DVA if quoting only a motorcycle

  7. Stand Alone: Mutual vs. Standard • Standard only: • CT, IA, MN, ND, NE, NJ, SD, WI • Mutual potential: • ME, NH, NY, PA, VT • NECHO automatically places all Stand Alone motorcycles in Standard - so you must refer to AUI when quoting Mutual potential states! • Access AUI’s ‘non-private passenger ‘button to determine Mutual placement (ME, NH, NY, PA, VT) • ONLY use for Mutual potential states!!

  8. Non Private Passenger Message • Only use if quoting in Mutual potential states: ME, NH, NY, PA, VT

  9. Message for Mutual • If a stand alone motorcycle in ME, NH, NY, PA, or VT meets the Mutual requirements – manually place motorcycle in Mutual. (ASE defaults all motorcycles to Standard)

  10. Added Motorcycle To Existing Auto/Motorcycle Household • Locate customer in QB Online, complete pre-eligibility questions in Scratch Sheet • Auto Rate Quote, added vehicle- NECHO

  11. Added Motorcycle To Existing Auto/Motorcycle Household Cont.

  12. Added Motorcycle, New named Insured

  13. Create a New, Separate Policy (multi-car states – PA, NJ)

  14. Quoting Auto & Motorcycle • First quote Auto, THEN quote Motorcycle • Note the company placement for the auto quote – if auto is Mutual, manually place motorcycle into Mutual • Still complete a Scratch-Sheet at the beginning of the call • ASE will transfer HH information from Auto quote to Motorcycle quote…

  15. Transition from Auto to Motorcycle Quote • Pend Auto quote #4 • Then #6 - “Complete another quote for same applicant”

  16. Transition from Auto to Motorcycle Quote Select #2 - Motorcycle Previously entered information from Auto quote will pre-populate

  17. Motorcycle Classification Any Auto Policy vs. State Farm Policy
