Geo-Diversified Storage Facilities – Visual History Archive • Sound & Vision (also known as Beeld en Geluid or B&G) in the Netherlands will keep a copy of the USC Shoah Foundation Archive (4 Petabytes) plus provide online access the Visual History Archive in the Netherlands. • Charles University in Prague will keep a copy of the USC Shoah Foundation Archive (4 Petabytes) as well as continuing to provide access to the Visual History Archive in their Visual History center. Charles University is also working on a Czech version of the Visual History Archive with USC. • Clemson University will store a copy of the USC Shoah Foundation Archive (4 Petabytes), the USC Digital Repository preservation content, the USC Digital Repository Isilon and Atmos content, and possibly be a VHA access point.

Digital Repository • Warner Brothers • Warner Brothers film archives, marketing and production have each started test with the USC Digital Repository to store the original and in many cases only digital copy of their film and TV archives, as well as production assets such as dailies. • Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) • The AMPAS Film Archive and AMPAS Herrick Library are now using the USC Digital Repository to preserve their collections which include content from all of the Oscars shows and the Academies’ Photo Archive.

New ShoahFoundation Collections • Jewish Family and Children’s Services Holocaust Center • JRCS, San Francisco has 1400 Holocaust testimonies we will be digitizing, preserving and providing access to through the Visual History Archive • A collection of testimonies of Survivors of the 1937 Nanjing Massacre. • 12 testimonies will be translated, subtitled, digitized and preserved and made available in the Visual History Archive in December, 2013. • Genocide in Cambodian Testimonies (1975-79) • 2 Khmer-Language testimonies transcribed, translated and subtitled, December, 2013

  7. New ShoahFoundation Collections • Armenia Film Foundation • 400 Armenian Genocide survivor and eyewitness testimonies collected and recorded on 16mm film (1966-2005) by Dr. J. Michael Hagopian will be digitally preserved, catalogued, indexed and included in the Visual History Archive. • Darfurian Voices Archive • A project implemented in 2008 and 2009 by 24 Hours for Darfur, a non-profit organization based in New York City. Using a combination of video testimony and public opinion research, 130 audio-visual recorded interviews with survivors of the Genocide in Darfur will be digitized, preserved and included in the Visual History Archive. • Rwandan Genocide – 65 Testimonies in the Visual History Archive
