PPS Purchasing & Contracting • PPS serves over 47,000 students • PPS has over 83 regular school buildings along with other District locations • All PPS Procurements are governed by PPS Public Contracting Rules and ORS 279A, B, & C • Annually PPS requires a wide variety of goods, standard services, professional services, and construction services

Doing Business with PPS • All formal solicitations (ITBs, RFPs) are advertised and available in the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) • Formal Public Improvements solicitations (ITBs, RFPs) are also advertised in the Daily Journal of Commerce • Certain construction plans and specifications are located on ARC Public Website • All formal solicitations and Requests for Interested Consultants (RFIC) are published on the Purchasing & Contracting website – Business Opportunities Page
