Over the past few weeks, our focus has been on rendering and post-production for the helicopter VFX project. We successfully integrated fluid simulations, CG environment enhancements, and nCloth layers, adding depth to our scenes. During rendering, we took the opportunity to implement some of our wish-list scenes, particularly using 2D particles in Fusion. This stage included layers of simulation, color correction, and visual effects such as glow and lens flare. Our example showcases a rendered frame seamlessly blended into the footage.

Production Process • These last few weeks has mainly been focused on rendering and post production • Fluids, cg environment post production and nCloth layers where the last to be added before working mainly on post. • We found that during rendering hours we had the time to add a few of the wish-list scenes.
Post Production • We decided to use 2d particles in Fusion in the post production stage • Adding layers of sw, hw, 2d fusion particles and fluids gave the explosions a bit more depth
