New model of social dialogue • Representative trade unions call for : • - limiting the role of government and focusing on autonomous dialogue of representatives of workers and employers, • - the establishment of the Council for Social Dialogue (also Provincial Councils and Stakeholders' Social Dialogue) as institutional forms of social dialogue with the right of having indirect legislative initiative, • ability to develop sources of law, including social conventions, pacts, collective agreements.
