Specifics of UCHB Ltd. Operations Ukrainian Credit Histories Bureau works with credit bases of CJSC “PrivatBank”, which enables it cooperate with commercial banks in a “one-way mode”. This became possible because JSC “PrivatBank” runs credit bases with over 10 000 000 entries - credit histories of individuals and legal entities.
Terms of connection to UCHB services Access to credit reports may be gained throughweb-interfaceat the following internet address: https://ubki.com.ua/login.html After signature of a Service Contract with UCHB, a user is provided with a login and password to access resources of UCHB Ltd.
Information needed to receive credit reports To request a borrower’s credit history from UCHB’ database, youdon’t need to obtain his written accord to have his data distributed,because this has been initially provided for in the borrower’s credit agreement with PrivatBank. To receive a borrower’s credit report, you need to input the borrower’s data into the following interface. Requesting info about a legal entity, enter its OKPO Code into the field «ИНН» Interface on UCHB website to receive a credit report:
Versions of credit report The UCHB generates 5 versions of reports: Versions 1, 2, 3: Version 4: Version 5:
Prices at UCHB Price list as of today looks as follows: • Price for a credit report version №1, №2 or №3 (where credit history of borrower is available)is $1 • Price for a credit report №4 or №5 (where credit history is unavabile)is1 UAH
Securing data channels Classified information, representing bank secrecy, requested by end-user from UCHB’s databases, is transferred via encoded communication channel. To secure data, we use international standard https, which supports 128KB cipher strength.
Conclusions • As a result of cooperation with UCHB, lenders reduce credit risks yet on the stage of credit decision. • Cooperation with UCHBdoes not entail clients’ liability to provide credit histories from their databases in exchange. • Cooperating with UCHB lenders reduce their risks of external fraud. • Thanks to the large concentration of information about partner banks’ borrowers in UCHB Ltd.’s database,it is 75% likely that UCHB database may have a requested credit history.
