Organizational Coordination and Reporting Structure Overview
This document outlines the lines of coordination within the organizational structure, detailing how various positions report to one another. Vice Presidents (VPs) report directly to the President, whereas Associate Vice Presidents (AVPs) report to VPs. Project Heads report to AVPs and Directors of Projects, ensuring a clear chain of command in managing major projects. It also highlights recruitment practices, specifying that certain roles like Promotions and Marketing personnel come from externals, and the importance of project-based recruitment for major projects, thereby enhancing communication and collaboration across departments.
