Qualifications- Master’s or higher degree in Business related discipline and teaching experience in Business both in the classroom an online. Salary: Based on qualifications

Administrative Assistance 1 • Duties • Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. • Education • computer skills and knowledge of relevant software • knowledge of operation of standard office equipment. • knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and • systems such as filing and record keeping • knowledge of principles and practices of basic office • management. • Salary: $50,000 year

  4. Assistant Director of Academic Advising Qualifications Duties Advises students and manages multiple major curricular/co-curricular projects. The Assistant/Associate Director is responsible for interfacing and collaborating with the faculty and other school and university administrators on co-curricular issues, such as student coaching, financial aid, admissions, residential life issues, honor and judicial code matters, athletic advising, club activities, and case competition/conference development. In addition, this staff member may play a role in curriculum development issues, depending on background and expertise. A MS/MA or MBA and at least two years experience in educational administration, curriculum review and development, assessment and/or college student services, preferably in a business school environment. Teaching experience at the university level a plus. Salary: $75,000 year

  5. Interim Assoc. Acad. Dean and Dir. of Graduate Studies Duties: Assists the Dean in administering and overseeing the university's graduate programs. Supports the development and coordination of the graduate curriculum. Functions as a liaison between the Dean and undergraduate staff to facilitate faculty reviews, assess staffing needs, preserve academic standards and generally improve the programs' atmosphere. Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. Salary: $100,000 year

  6. Sr. IT Specialist – Information Technology Duties: This position works with a team to develop an online learning environment for the Business Department at Fontbonne University. Develop custom websites and business applications using Moodle. Implement new features into new and existing internal and external facing websites. SeniorIt Specialist serves as a mentor to instructors and university staff and coordinates the project team’s efforts through planning, resource allocation, collecting and compiling regular team status reports, and contributing quality code.  The position collaborates with other subject matter experts to set the tactical and strategic directions ensuring that the system is tested to adhere to department needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 4+ years of experience to include Significant experience and knowledge in business and systems analysis, design, project lifecycle methodology, system integration, implementation and deployment, Experience with website best practices around accessibility and usability . Salary: $85,000 year

  7. Dean 0f Business Associate Professor Duties: Assists the Dean in administering and overseeing the university's business programs. Assistant Director Duties: The position manages the office and provides administrative support for the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies and the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies Online Degree Program. Duties include special projects/planning, budgets, account reconciliations, travel, reimbursements, purchasing, supervision of student workers, maintaining calendars and schedules of Associate Deans. Qualifications: Bachelor‘s or Master ‘s Degree , Three years of experience providing administrative Support , experience planning, organizing, and coordinating large scale events . Salary: $85,000 yearly

  9. College Vice President Duties: Assists the College President in overseeing a single campus or institution. Handles student inquiries and problems related to education program entrance, eligibility requirements, curriculum and academic standards. Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Duties: The Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance (SVPAF) reports to the University President and is responsible for the combined functions of administrative and financial affairs for Fontbonne University and the system, responsible for overseeing the establishment and oversight of sound systems of accounting, financial operations and reporting, budgetary reporting and control, human resources management, logistical services, information technology and communications, and facilities planning and management. The SVPAF has significant input into budgetary planning, oversight, and control, under the direction of the President. Qualifications: Review of financial reports for trends and performance against goals, financial analysis, meeting to set consensus goals, Develop and implement policies and procedures, Assess operational results, including benchmarking operations against peers and industry standard, Examine governmental regulations, investment and industry standards to ensure compliance Lead staff: development and monitoring of goals and objectives for subordinate divisions, review of performance of subordinates Ensure customer service and work quality expectations are defined and met, strive for best practices and innovations Develop and maintain effective process automation and decision management reporting for all assigned administrative data Meet regularly with constituents to provide budgetary and operational information and related advice, intercede in issue resolution Plan and lead improvement initiatives in all assigned areas Interface with state officials to define funding opportunities and operational efficiency initiatives for Fontbonne University; and Perform related duties as required. Salary: Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
