1. Transcripts Am I On Track To Graduate?

2. Am I On Track To Graduate? • The successful completion of each semester class (A, B, C, or D grade) is worth 5 credits. • A year-long class is worth 10 credits. • Using your Transcript as a guide, fill in the classes and credits you have earned each year that will put you “on the right track” for graduation.

3. Instructions – Part 1 of 2 • Go through every course in the order that it is listed on your transcript • For each course, write in the name and # of credits ONLY if you have completed them (passed). • A course taken “out of order” should be written correct column (ex. English 9 taken in summer school after 10th grade will be written in the 9th grade column).

5. Instructions – Part 2 of 2 • On the back side of the Worksheet , number 1-7. • Using your transcript and Worksheet, answer the questions on the following slide.

6. Analyzing My Track to Graduation YES NO 1. My “Term GPA” for this past semester is a 3.5 or above. ___ ___ 2. My “Term GPA” for this past semester is a 2.0 or above. ___ ___ 3. I completed (“Cmp”) 30.5 credits or more last semester. ___ ___ 4. My answer to question #1 was “YES,” meaning I am doing really great. ___ ___ 5. My answer to #2 was “NO,” meaning I am not doing well. ___ ___ 6. My answer to #3 was “NO,” meaning I am already falling behind.  ___ ___ 7. My answer to #3 was “YES,” meaning I am right ___ ___ on track!! 

7. Consider • Where do you go for help when you are not getting it? • If you don’t get the help you need to be a success, why not? • When you are doing well, how do you reward yourself for sustained effort? • When you are challenged, how do you sustain your efforts?
