Phytohormone-Induced Gene Expression in Cotton Fiber Development under Drought Stress

This study investigates changes in transcript levels in cotton fibers during different development stages (0, 5, 10, and 20 dpa) under drought stress compared to control samples, focusing on phytohormone-induced genes. The Supplementary Figure S3 provides details on the number of differentially expressed transcripts related to phytohormones. The Affymetrix cotton probe set IDs, fold change, and annotations for these transcripts are listed in Supplementary Table S8.
