How Are CCAP Students Funded? • If financial aid is not sufficient, CCAP will pay theremaining tuition for up to two years at Virginia Westernfor students who meet eligibility and performance requirements. • CCAP funds do not cover the cost of books, additional fees, supplies, or living expenses.
How Are CCAP Students Funded? • FAFSA determines how much financial aid a student qualifies for. • If a student does not qualify for any or enough financial aid to coverfull-time tuition, CCAP will pay the amount needed for the full-time tuition per semester. • If a student receives full financial aid, (s)he will not receive CCAP funding, but may participate in CCAP if accepted. • Why do that? If the student’s financial picture changes for their 2nd yr. and (s)he is not eligible for financial aid, then CCAP will provide tuition funding as long as the student has met the CCAP criteria.
