Rocket Rapid Response in Action… • Concerned Received. • Immediate acknowledgment & engagement of appropriate department. • Within 24 business hours, appropriate service contacts individual with concern. • 1-5 business days; concern investigated, appropriately addressed and communicated to the individual.
