  3. It can be fun! • Swimming can be a fun way to work out the body. • Keep cool during hot summer days. • Also, many people use swimming as a recreation and there are many other sports that are water-based.

  4. How I use swimming • Competition keeps me ahead of my game and always striving to get better. • It greatly increases my proficiency at life guarding.

  5. What to watch out for! • On hot summer days, while lap swimming you may not realize this but you are sweating as much as if you were running. • Keep hydrated at all times, take many breaks to get some water.

  6. I would recommend swimming to anyone!
