  2. Digestive system The Digestive system is important in swimming by what you eat, it can have a effect on your swimming, for example if you eat piazza and drink pop or if you eat a bagel and drink water.

  3. Circulatory system Your Circulatory system is used in swimming because when your are swimming your heart is pumping blood to your body from your fingers to your toes and the blood can help keep you warm.

  4. Immune system Your Immune system can be a factor in swimming because of the way you feel can change the way you swim. It can also be used if you are swimming in a lake that is dirty to a pool that has chlorine.

  5. Skeletal system The Skeletal system is used in swimming by helping you be able to swim and not just have you flapping around in the water Because your bones are what keep you up.

  6. Muscular system There are many muscles used when swimming and they are mostly in your Core, shoulders, arms, upper back, chest and legs. They are used to push you and keep you stable when you are swimming.

  7. Excretory system Your Excretory system is used in swimming when you sweat but when you do you don’t feel it because you are under water so you can get dehydrated faster.

  8. Respiratory system The Respiratory system is used in swimming by letting air into your lungs when you take a breath. Your Respiratory system also provides the energy exchange to the cells of your body in order for them to perform.

  9. Nervous system The Nervous system is used in swimming by telling you what to do like to kick or flip and all of the other things you would do when swimming.
