  2. Enrollment CHAPTER 3 The Enrollment submodule provides the taxpayer a Taxpayer Enrollment form for acquiring eFPS services. The taxpayer should accomplish the Enrollment procedure before using the e-Filing and e-Payment Facilities of the eFPS. External users (Taxpayers) use the Enrollment submodule to fill-out an application form and submit it to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). The taxpayer’s preferred eFPS user account information such as Username, Password and Challenge Question/Answer are also recorded through this form. The eFPS enrollment application is then processed and verified by the BIR for accuracy of information. An automatic email notification is sent to the taxpayer informing him/her on the status of the enrollment application. Only upon activation can the taxpayer successfully login to the eFPS and use its services.
