  2. Creative Objectives • To create an interactive multimedia presentation that gives a unique approach on two immortals coming together to live with one another. The characters display their strong powers combined with their spirits to balance morals. The goal is to get readers interested in reading more African American science fiction. But to also read more novels from Octavia Butler.

  3. Target Audience • The target audience for this novel would be those: • Interested in science fiction, short stories, & novels • Adults aged 25-35 • Professors & literary figures

  4. Strategy • To reach target audiences: • Promotions at sci-fi conventions • Online ads of the release of a new book • Sci-Fi book Clubs

  5. Positioning • The story line of Wild Seed will give the audience a different take on science fiction. Because there are not many African American science fiction characters, the book is already unique. • The characters will draw you in causing you not to put the book down. People will think differently when it comes to spirits and immortals fighting against the world, or even themselves.
