  6. Formal Learning • ICT can facilitate a re-think of traditional lecture courses to • improve motivation • add interactivity, collaboration and student-centred activities • develop online communities including alumni events

  7. Fostering an awareness of lifelong learning • Developing e-learning skills and processes • Encouraging student-directed learning • E-portfolios • Facilitating online communities • Online events and activities
