  2. POINT • A POINT IS AN EXACT POSITION.

  3. LINE • A LINE IS A SET OF POINTS THAT IS ENDLESS IN BOTH DIRECTIONS.

  4. LINE SEGMENT • A LINE SEGMENT IS A PART OF A LINE IT HAS TWO ENDPOINTS.

  5. RAY • A RAY IS PART OF A LINE THAT IS ENDLESS IN ONE DIRECTION. IT HAS ONE ENDPOINT.

  6. INTERSECTING LINES • INTERSECTING LINES CROSS AT ONE POINT.

  7. PARALLEL LINES • PARALLEL LINES NEVER CROSS

  8. ANGLE AND VERTEX • AN ANGLE IS MADE BY TWO RAYS THAT HAVE THE SAME ENDPOINT. • THAT ENDPOINT IS CALLED THE VERTEX OF THE ANGLE.

  9. RIGHT ANGLE • A RIGHT ANGLE MAKES A SQUARE CORNER. IT IS ALSO CALLED A 90-DEGREE ANGLE

  10. ACUTE ANGLE • AN ACUTE ANGLE IS LESS THAN A RIGHT ANGLE

  11. OBTUSE ANGLE • AN OBTUSE ANGLE IS GREATER THAN A RIGHT ANGLE
