  4. Workshop Objectives • To increase the capacity of participants to understand the format, content and appropriate style for writing concept notes for funding opportunities • To guide the participants through the process of developing a concept notes for funding opportunities

  5. Workshop Outcome • A draft concept note that can be shared with co-investigators, collaborators and supervisors before being submitted for a funding opportunity. • Increase in improved scientific writing and statistical skills and knowledge about accessing funding opportunities.
