Gartner Research 새로운 정보를 얻기 위한 노력보다, 이미 갖고 있는 기존의 많은 정보들 가운데서 필요한 정보를 찾고 관리하기 위한 노력이 필요하다!!

  5. Business Challenges • Increase Productivity • Increase Revenue • Reduce of Operational Costs 사용자 입장에서는 사용하기 편하고 익숙한 도구가 필요하다. 관리자 입장에서는 관리적 부하는 최소이면서 원활한 관리를 할 수 있는 도구가 필요하다. 경영자 입장에서는 적은 투자 비용으로 최고의 수익을 올릴 수 있는 도구가 필요하다.
