  3. Target in 2010 • Remove the fears of computer and provide such tools so that it could be friendly for teachers and students to make right use of it. • Teach Basic Knowledge like • E-mail • Word/Excel • Searching

  4. Short-Term Goals • Classroom Discipline Classroom discipline tops the list of concerns for new and many experienced teachers. Here is some great information and wonderful resources that can help you. • Classroom Policies While classroom policies might seem mundane and boring, they are the backbone to effective classroom management. Here you will find information to help you organize yourself and create effective classroom policies on many topics including class rules, late work, make up work, and more.

  5. I will provide more opportunities for students to answer questions that require higher-order thinking. • More emphasis on group discussion. • Make concepts so Childers know how they come up with the answer. • Make study project oriented.

Challenges Solutions • I will involve principal in all activities and share all ideas • Inform parents with methods. • Increase collaboration among all students • The principal may not agree with my new approach. • Parents may not understand my methods. • There may be some students who do not want to work together.
