  2. Long-Term Goal Adopt 21st Century teaching approach to enhance students’ appreciation of english.

  3. Short- Term Goals • Change my methodologies with students to develop literary sense. • Motivate students to develop aesthetic sense through literary books. • Encourage students to read other classics. • Motivate them to use dictionary. • Focus on encouraging students instead of praising. • Encourage group work.

  4. Instructional Strategies and Tasks • I will ask the students to search the biography of the author on net. • I’ll give time to students for group discussion. • I will provide them the vocabulary of novel through worksheet. • I will give them names of some other books by the same author. • I will show them the movise of the novel. • There will be discussion on the characters. • I will ask the students to present some scenes of the novel. • I will arrange a drama festival. • I will make different worksheet to check thrie understanding at the same time.

  5. Solutions to Anticipated Challenges Solutions I will ask my Head to arrange azeroperiod to cover my planning. I will try to use other sources of power supply. Extra support like remedial class will be arranged. Challenges • There may be some unseen holidays which can affect my action plan • There can be power failure. • There may some students with learning difficulty. • Multimedia or CD player is not available when needed.
