  3. Natural Resources • They make cotton and sell it for money • They sold the cotton gin to clean cotton faster • They sell high tech technology • Higher education

Cultures ,Holidays ,Events • Mardi Gras it takes place in new Orleans Louisiana it is Fat Tuesday it takes place before Ash Wednesday • Native Americans paint each others face and protect the lands • Football is a famous culture of Florida Spanish and English is the first languages in FL • Dolly Parton grew up poor her songs were about growing up and being rich

  7. Fun Facts • The southeast has more warm wet land then any other region • The Appellation Moutons are the oldest Moutons in the U.S.A. • The southeast is for people to come for fun • Much of the southeast’s history is about how land is farmed and about settling new land
