  4. The Objectives • The PTC are devoted to harmonise their training and education. In order to avoid redundancy, the training centres decided to proceed further steps in conducting the following topics: • Cooperation • Training • Education • Harmonisation • Standardisation

  9. Procecures for Recognition • Application by the Nation • Partner nation - NAC • NATO Nation - The Secretary General/Council • Qualitative Assessment by PMSC • No NATO Budget Allocation or obligations by the applicant country
