  4. WHY AM I TAKING A TECHNOLGY ELECTIVE COURSE • DIG/IT will help you get ready for college and careers and give you relevant, in-demand skills that will help you no matter what next steps you take in life.

WHY AM I TAKING A TECHNOLGY ELECTIVE COURSE • DIG/IT is a component of NYC Connected Foundation, which is funded by a broadband adoption grant from the US Department of Commerce and administered by NYC’s Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT) and Department of Education (DOE). The goal of NYC Connected Foundations is to increase access to and purposeful use of high-speed Internet resources among NYC transfer school students and their families.
