  2. Original Book Review Angels and Demons takes place for the most part in Rome. Harvard Professor Robert Langdon is called to see a strange symbol branded on the chest of a murdered scientist. The scientist’s daughter happens to be Vittoria Vetra another scientist at the CERN origination. The symbol discovered was that of the secret group from centuries ago the Illuminati. Then they find out a new substance called anti-matter, a much more powerful substance then even an atom bomb is stolen at the laboratory. Then they are called to the Vatican and discover that the anti-matter was placed somewhere in the Vatican and less then 24 hours to find it before its battery which dispenses it in air, dies and then once it touches anything it will explode. Another problem arises when the four chosen cardinals who could possibly be the next pope are kidnapped. Now Robert and Vittoria are Running across Rome through the Vatican in search of clues that lead to the secret Illuminati layer to find the culprit who also stole the anti matter and the four cardinals.
