STABILITA, c.p.c, j.s. manages three complementary pension funds: Stabilita contributionc.p.f., STABILITA, c.p.c., j.s. • Investment strategy of the fund is balanced (to achieve stable valorization while while maintaining the appropriate level of risk). • The Fund prefers medium level risk investment and balanced proportion between equity, bond and monetary investments. Yield from these investments is generally medium high, long-term stable and may vary slightly. Amount of repayments STABILITA c.p.c.,j.s. • The repayment for the management of contributory pension fund in a calendar year represents 2.25%of average annual net value of assets in the contribution pension fund and in beneficiary fund 0.996%. • Repayment for the transfer to anotherCPCis not paid by the participants, whose participants’ contracts were concluded over 3 years ago. Participants who transfer because of the change of employer and their new employer has not concluded employer’s contract with the CPC that has a contract with the transferring participant will be also exempt from paying transfer fees.For other transfers between individual companies, the fee is set to5 % from the balance on the personal account of the saver (i.e. transfer within three years from concluding of the participants’ contract).. • Severance repayment is 80% of current value of participant’s personal account as of the day of the severance repayment. 4. Valorization repayment in contribution c.p.f. is established on the daily basis.
