  2. ALL Coast Guard personnel are requested to take the CG-OAS with exception of contractors who should not take the survey ALCOAST 077/08 announces the release of the 2008 CG-OAS. Go to the Coast Guard Organizational Assessment Survey (CG-OAS)web page. CGOAS2008 is used for both the Survey User Name and Password. CGOAS2008 CGOAS2008

  3. At the welcome screen scroll down to the bottom and click next. Answer questions candidly and honestly. Your opinion truly does count and may be used to form future policy/practices. Your opinion counts!

  4. CAUTION:Only navigate using the next button or page numbers at the bottom of each screen if you use the refresh button or other buttons on your browser all your current responses since your last save may be lost. If you must leave the survey for any reason be sure to save your progress so you may pick up where you left off. The survey is aimed at taking around 30 minutes of your time

  5. To ensure your opinion counts where it needs to most don’t miss question 164 on page 25. Scroll down and click on your unit. This survey is completely anonymous, there is no retribution, and the Coast Guard does not release info to commands regarding individual responses. Don’t miss Question 164 on Page 25

  6. Thank you for participating! After answering all questions that pertain to you click the Send/Submit button and you have successfully completed the Coast Guard Organizational Assessment Survey. Get your responses to the survey in quickly as this offer is only valid through the 30th of April.
