  1. 1 Go outside and blow bubbles. 2 Go barefoot more often. 3 Fill the baby pool and sit in it. 4 Pick dandelions for fun, not for weed control. 5 Have a three legged race. 6 Chase the dog, instead of him chasing you. 7 Sleep out under the stars. 8 Eat your breakfast outside. 9 Run through the neighbor's sprinkler. 10 Play Hop Scotch. 11 Eat a messy ice cream cone. 12 Watch an ant hill. 13 Pick wild flowers (not endangered ones). 14 Go to the lake or pond, and feed the ducks. 15 Go to an amusement park, and let go! 16 Sleep out on the porch. 17 Have a squirt gun fight. 18 Wash your hair in the rain. 19 Act your shoe size. 20 Collect pretty stones. JUST FOR FUN

  2. 21 Learn the constellations. 22 Identify all of the different trees in your neighborhood. 23 Visit an Arboretum. 24 Learn to paint with water colors. 25 Try to start the Barbecue with two sticks. 26 Take up bird watching. 27 Grow a tree from seed. 28 Learn the botanical names of your plants. 29 Go 24 hours without electricity, and see how it was in the "good old days". 30 Learn to drive a stick shift. 31 Love horses? Read all about them. 32 Learn to cook outside. 33 Take up Photography. 34 Read a Thesaurus. 35 Read the Bible like a book, from front to back. 36 Read about other countries. 37 Learn a new language. 38 Learn all about thunder storms. 39 Learn to sew. 40 Take up needlepoint. LEARN SOMETHING NEW

SUMMER AT WORK

You will cut way down on fat. 71 Take a walk, every day, after dinner. FOR YOUR HEALTH
