  4. Description • Urine-based BD Probetech - Gonorrhea and Chlamydia • Sexual Questionnaire • Pregnancy Testing • Initiated 12/00 • >1000 adolescents screened to date

  9. Reproductive Health Risks • Results from Sexual Questionnaire/ Interview • 20% had history of pregnancy • Pregnancy outcomes- 60 % abortion • 61% reported having had a previous Pap/pelvic • Only 11% reported scheduled birth control • Depo Inj. or Oral Contraception

  10. Reproductive Health Risks • Reported Condom Use- LSC • 51% Females • 65% Males • New Pap results (N-120) • 27% Abnormal pap • 25% Bacterial Vaginosis • Identified 21 new pregnancies • 30% had either CT or GC
